About Us

President

2025-2026 President of the Kentucky Association of County Agricultural Agents, Chad Conway serves as an Agriculture & Natural Resource County Extension Agent. Chad has dedicated 25 years to the UK Cooperative Extension Service, with the past 16 years serving as the Agriculture & Natural Resources Agent in Knott County. Growing up on his family farm in Perry County,

Chad developed a strong passion for agriculture early in life.

“As agents, it’s important to get involved,” Chad says. “I encourage our members to take advantage of the recognition and support that KACAA provides.”

Now serving as President of KACAA, Chad is committed to helping fellow agents grow into successful and fulfilled professionals.
