Established in 1958 as a 501c3, the organization was developed as a network of support for county agriculture extension agents and to be a grassroots organization for improving the the agricultural framework of the Commonwealth.

We focus on providing leadership and professional development opportunities for agents to be the best agents they can be. We operate as a system for communication as a unified voice to improve the Extension system and to find solutions to challenges facing the agriculture community.
